If a Postmaster Tools tutorial tells you to open Domain Reputation and your account does not show it, first check which interface the tutorial describes.
Google's transition to v2 changes the available reporting. A missing legacy dashboard does not mean your sending domain has disappeared.
Separate the current notice from older deadlines
As of 17 September 2026, Google's deprecation notice says retirement of the legacy web interface has been postponed, with further timing to follow. Google still encourages senders to use v2.
The same notice says the old dashboards are available in v2 except Domain and IP Reputation, which are planned for retirement. Google describes those ratings as slow to reflect changes and potentially misleading when treated as a complete delivery assessment.
Update the way you review delivery
Build your routine around compliance, complaints, authentication and actual failures. Keep the sending calendar beside those signals so that a change can be tied to a campaign or technical update.
For a team report, replace a section that only says the reputation is High with evidence of the issue being reviewed: the affected stream, the dates, the compliance result, fresh message checks and any delivery failures.
An archived reputation chart may still be useful context. Label it with its date and interface rather than presenting it as a current v2 measure.
Check connected reporting tools
Google's notice says the v2 API is available, that v1 will be retired, and that integrations need changes because v2 uses a different schema. Domain and IP reputation are excluded from v2.
Ask whoever maintains your integration which API it uses, how it handles missing values and which reports rely on the legacy ratings. Verify the current Google documentation before scheduling migration work because the timing can change.
The practical task is to make sure each report still answers a useful question with data that remains available.
